• We recommend ordering samples or visiting our showroom before large purchases
• Product availability is subject to stock levels at the time of order

3.2 Pricing

• All prices are quoted in Kenyan Shillings (KSh)
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice
• The price at the time of order confirmation is the final price
• Prices displayed may be per piece, per box, or per square meter as indicated
• Delivery charges are additional unless otherwise stated

4. Orders and Payment

• Delivery charges vary based on location and order size
• Free delivery may be available for orders above certain thresholds within Nairobi

5.2 Delivery Timeline

• Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed
• Standard delivery within Nairobi: 1-3 business days
• Upcountry delivery: 3-7 business days depending on location
• Delays may occur due to stock replenishment, weather, or logistics issues

5.3 Receiving Delivery

• Inspect tiles upon delivery before signing the delivery note
• Report any damage or discrepancies immediately to the delivery personnel
• Note any issues on the delivery receipt
• Claims for damaged goods must be made within 24 hours of delivery

6. Quality and Grading

We sell tiles in different grades:

• First Grade (Standard): Highest quality, uniform sizing and finish
• Second Grade (Economy): Minor imperfections, suitable for budget projects

The grade will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase. Price differences reflect quality differences.
