5. Receiving Your Delivery
When your tiles arrive:
- Be Present: Ensure someone is available to receive the delivery
- Inspect Carefully: Check all boxes before signing
- Count Boxes: Verify the correct quantity was delivered
- Check for Damage: Look for any visible damage to boxes or tiles
- Document Issues: Note any problems on the delivery receipt
- Sign: Only sign when satisfied with the delivery
6. Delivery Access Requirements
To ensure smooth delivery:
- Provide accurate and complete delivery address
- Include landmarks and directions for hard-to-find locations
- Ensure delivery vehicle access (tiles require truck access)
- Inform us of any access restrictions (gates, narrow roads, stairs)
- Provide working phone numbers for delivery coordination
Offloading:
- Standard delivery includes offloading at ground level/roadside
- Delivery to upper floors or inside buildings may incur additional charges
- Customer is responsible for moving tiles from delivery point to storage/installation area
7. Failed Delivery Attempts
If delivery cannot be completed due to:
- No one available to receive
- Incorrect address
- Inaccessible location
- Customer request to reschedule
Additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.
8. Self-Collection / Pickup
You can collect your order from our depot:

- Hours: Monday - Saturday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Bring order confirmation and ID
- Arrange appropriate transport (tiles are heavy)
- No delivery charges for self-collection
